Wasn't the Olympic opening ceremony great last night? The history of Britain all wrapped up in an exciting spectacle. And it was great to see all the nods to popular culture and great moments from our past. And God bless the Queen for playing her part. Glad she survived the parachute jump lol.
Anyway turning to other matters - even though we haven't had the weather here in the uk for a lying in the sun, it doesn't mean you shouldn't aim to have a bikini (or swimming trunk) body. You know the secret to achieving permanent weight loss- eat right and move about a bit more. Let the Olympics give you the inspiration to do the latter, but be very careful about what you eat as you sit and watch the games.
